Scoped to Your Organization
Every record belongs to one organization, and every request is scoped to it inside the application.
Official Channels Only
WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram are connected through Meta's official APIs, as an app that Meta has reviewed and approved. We never ask for your WhatsApp password, and we do not use unofficial automation.
Zoye is a verified Meta Tech Provider: Meta checked our business and approved our access to its official APIs.

We would rather be plain about it.
- We do not hold a security certification of our own yet; it is on our roadmap. Zoye runs on Microsoft Azure, which holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
