Who is the affiliate program for?
Consultants, agencies, resellers, creators and anyone whose audience runs a small business. If you can introduce Zoye to people who need a CRM that does the follow-up for them, you qualify.
How are referrals tracked?
Three ways: your referral link, your promo code at checkout, and deal registration for in-person introductions. First touch wins, and a customer stays yours for the life of their subscription.
When do I get paid?
Commissions clear 30 days after the customer pays, which covers refunds. Cleared commissions are paid monthly, within 30 days of month end, once your balance reaches $100. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
What is the commission calculated on?
The amount the customer actually paid, before tax, on plans and add-ons. AI Notetaker time is excluded (pass-through vendor cost). Refunds are netted off the next payout.
Can I offer my customers a discount?
Yes. Your promo code gives your customers up to 20% off. Anything above 20%, whether a bigger code or a price you quote in person, needs our written approval first.
I sell in person, not online. Does that work?
Yes. Register the deal in your portal before or after the meeting and it is yours for 180 days, link or no link. Existing customers you brought can be claimed the same way and we review the claim.
How do I get the 20% lifetime rate?
By being your customers' first line of support. We agree it when we approve your application. If you stop supporting them, the rate goes back to 10% until you pick it up again. Pure link affiliates earn the same 30% in year one and 10% for life, no strings attached.
Do I need to invoice you?
It depends on where you are based. We tell you exactly what we need when we approve your application, and you add it in the portal's payout settings.
