How booking, payment and passes work in Zoye.
What can people book in Zoye?
Anything with a time and a number of spots: classes, workshops, webinars, meetings, consultations, treatments or studio time. Each session has its own booking link.
Can I take payment when someone books?
Yes. Connect your Stripe account once, set a price on the session, and clients pay online when they book. The money goes to your own account. Free sessions need no payment setup.
What happens when a session is full?
You can switch on a waitlist. People who arrive after the last spot join it, and you can move someone in when a spot opens.
How do passes and packages work?
A package is a number of sessions, or a period such as a week, a month or a year, that a client pays for up front. You sell it from the client's card with a payment link, it starts when they pay, and each session they attend is counted off automatically.
What if a client pays in cash?
Record the payment on the package and it starts right away with its full number of sessions. You do not need online payments to use packages.
Can Zoye manage bookings for me?
Yes. Ask Zoye to open a session, add someone to it, tell you who is booked, sell a package or show a client's balance, in the app or on WhatsApp.
Do I need a separate booking tool?
No. Bookings and Packages are part of the Zoye workspace, so every booking and payment is saved on the customer's contact card with the rest of their history.
