Security and data protection
Zoye runs on Microsoft Azure in Sweden. The application servers, the database, document reading and the AI model all sit in the same EU region, inside our own Azure account.
The application servers, the database, document reading and the AI model all run in the Sweden Central region of Microsoft Azure. The app's web pages themselves load from a global network and hold none of your data.
We use Azure OpenAI inside our own Azure account. Your prompts never go to a public AI service, so the AI adds no new country and no new company holding your data.
Your records and conversations are not used to train AI models, by us or by Microsoft.
Every connection uses HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or newer, and the database refuses unencrypted connections. Stored data is encrypted by the Azure platform.
The database has point-in-time backups with 7 days of retention.
Every record belongs to one organization, and every request is scoped to it inside the application.
WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram are connected through Meta's official APIs, as an app that Meta has reviewed and approved. We never ask for your WhatsApp password, and we do not use unofficial automation.
