Create the contact, with how they found us in the notes.
Create the appointment.
Send them a confirmation with the time, the address and how long to allow.
Send a reminder the day before and ask them to reply to confirm.
Tell me the morning of if they did not confirm.

- Tout ce qui envoie ou supprime vous demande d'abord.
- Fonctionne depuis l'appli, WhatsApp ou Slack, dans votre langue.
