The steps
Seven days before, send the meeting point, the time, and what to bring.
Ask them to confirm numbers and tell us about any dietary or access needs.
Write anything they tell us onto the booking.
Two days before, send the weather-dependent details and the phone number to call on the day.
These are instructions for the assistant, carried out one at a time against your real records. Each one still goes through the same checks as if you had asked for it yourself.
Install it in your account
Once you have an account, ask for "Pre-departure pack" and it is added as your own recipe. From then on it runs on your records, not on an example.
- It becomes yours: rename it, edit any step, delete it.
- Anything that sends or deletes still asks you first.
- Works from the app, WhatsApp or Slack, in your own language.
