The Sync Users & Subscribers integration turns any signup form, landing page, or backend into a live source of Leads in Zoye. A visitor submits their details, and they appear instantly as a contact card on your Leads page - ready for your team and your AI assistant to act on.
The Sync Users & Subscribers connector is available on the Growth plan and above. You generate API keys and set up webhooks from the connector inside the Zoye app.

You generate an API key inside the in-app Sync Users & Subscribers connector, then use it with whichever method you chose. Every contact you send lands on the Leads page in real time. People become person Leads, and you can flag a submission as a company instead. From there the contact behaves like any other Zoye record: it is searchable, assignable, taggable, and visible to your AI assistant.
Two key types
A publishable key (zk_pub_...) is create-only and safe to expose in your website source. A secret key (zk_live_...) can also read, search, and write privileged routing fields. Use publishable keys in the browser and secret keys only on your server. See the REST API reference for the full breakdown.
Going the other way: webhooks
The connector also works in reverse. With webhooks, Zoye sends an HMAC-signed event to your own server whenever a contact is created, updated, changes stage, or is archived - so your systems stay in sync without polling. The inbound methods above get leads in; webhooks send the changes back out.
